Step 2

Information Gathering

After the intimal phone interview, we ask that you fill out our online interview form. This allows us to get a better understanding of your situation This is a deeper dive into what you have been experiencing and covers area that we may have missed in the phone interview.

Step 3

Claim validation and Investigation

At this stage, our team will come onsite, we do a walkthrough of the location and set a baseline to identify any abnormalities and log our finding. In most cases, we will also ask the residents to leave the location for a time so that we can  try to reproduce the claims  without outside interference. Doing so can provide important clues about what's going on and can help validate or debunk the claims.

We also conduct research at this point, especially if the locations reported paranormal activity makes itself known. Step 5

Testing the Hypothesis

Once we have a hypothesis, we will validate our assumptions. This might involve more interviews with the family and /or validating the evidence we have collected.

Step 6

Solution Implementation and Verification
